Creative concepts & briefs
Turn the message into something worth making.
A strategy should help a writer, designer or creator make better work. We turn the campaign message into concepts and practical direction your team can execute.
For teams that know the campaign objective but need an organising idea, a stronger brief or a clearer choice between concepts.

Give the idea a job
Choose a concept for what it communicates.
A hook can attract attention without landing the message. A polished execution can still leave the audience unsure why the offer matters.
We start with the agreed customer concern, proposition and proof. Then develop ways to express that message that suit the brand, the channel and the team's production resources.
Creative territories
Distinct directions for expressing the proposition. Each territory has a rationale and a customer concern it addresses, rather than a collection of unrelated references.
Campaign concepts
Specific premises, demonstrations, stories or contrasts that can carry the message. We assess clarity and relevance as well as originality.
Scripts and briefs
The selected idea becomes usable direction for the people making it. Scriptwriting and brief depth depend on the formats and scope agreed.
Inside a useful brief
Enough direction to make good decisions.
The brief should explain why the idea exists and what must survive production. It should also leave room for the craft of the writer, designer, creator or director.
Audience and intended response
Who the work is for, the situation it speaks to and the action or belief it is trying to influence.
Message and proof
The main point, supporting evidence and claims that need checking. What the audience should understand even if they remember little else.
Creative expression
The premise, opening, structure, tone and useful visual or verbal references. Scripts or example executions where agreed.
Production constraints and decisions
Channels, available resources, brand requirements and approval responsibilities. The team knows what is essential and where it can interpret.
Testing priorities
The hypothesis behind the concept and the response to examine. Distinguish a new message from a new execution so the test has a clear purpose.
Work with the people making it
Bring the team into the direction early.
Your team knows its channels and production reality. We use that knowledge while shaping the direction, rather than delivering a concept that depends on resources nobody has.
We agree who reviews the work, who makes the final choice and what feedback is in scope. The handover gives your internal team, agency or production partners a rationale they can refer to when making execution decisions.
Your team produces, distributes and runs the tests. Taige can help review the response where that is part of the engagement. Production and additional execution support are separately scoped.
Illustrative brief / not a client campaign
Show the moment that makes the promise believable.
Imagine an organising product with a supported proposition about making frequently used items easier to find. A generic concept might show attractive rooms and say “get organised”.
A more focused premise could follow someone looking for the same item before leaving the house, then demonstrate where it lives when the product is used. The brief would name the frustration, specify an honest demonstration and avoid implying a result the product cannot deliver.
The team could compare that practical premise with a different expression of the same message. A message test would be a separate decision. Neither concept is a prediction of campaign performance.
Before we begin
If the message is unresolved, start there.
Concept development works best when the audience, proposition and evidence are clear. If those are still in dispute, we can include the necessary customer insight and campaign strategy work in the scope.
The output may be creative territories, selected concepts, scripts, briefs or a combination. There is no standard quota of ideas or videos. We agree what the team needs to move into production with confidence.
